S2-S5 Admission

1. Applications are accepted throughout the year.

2. Application form can be downloaded from the School Website. Please send the completed application form to the School Office by post, together with the following supporting documents.

   1. A fully completed application form

   2. School report of the previous school year and the current year

   3. The list of extra-curricular activities/awards (maximum 4 sheets; to help protect the environment, please print on both sides of the paper. Please do not hand in CDs, clear folders etc.)

3. Selected applicants will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

4. Successful applicants will be notified by telephone two weeks after the interview. If you do not hear from us within one month from the application, you can assume that your application is unsuccessful.

Remarks:

1. All the information submitted in the ‘Application Form’ and other attachments will only be used for admission purposes. They will be destroyed after the admission process is completed.

2. All documents submitted will not be returned.

3. An application with insufficient supporting documents will not be processed.

4. Selection will be based on the information provided in the Application Form, the attached information of the applicant, as well as the applicant’s performance during the written test and the interview.

5. The school reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a school place should any information provided be found to be inaccurate.
